Timari Thorstenson is a vocalist, musician, performer, director, music educator, and composer/arranger. Her combined love for music and interest in mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing led her to earn a degree in Psychology and Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance from Pepperdine University. The unique combination of her psychology training, intuitive skills, and professional musicianship enables Timari to facilitate others in discovering themselves as artists and attaining the personal growth and deep healing that is available through musical experience.
Timari is passionate about utilizing the healing power of music in various contexts, including meditation, the exploration of creativity, processing and releasing emotions, and employing sonic frequencies and vibration to realign energy and catalyze connection with others. She values music as one of the highest forms of expression; especially vocalization, in which our body is the musical instrument.
